We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high end bespoke house project in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a premium residential build of the highest calibre. You MUST have independent house building on your resume.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and well organised site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on site construction activities from start to completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensure works are delivered to high end residential standards and specifications
- Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site
- Monitor programme timelines and report progress to senior management
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets design and client expectations
- Manage deliveries, logistics, and site organisation
- Resolve technical and construction issues as they arise
- Maintain clear communication with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential or bespoke housing projects
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
- Temporary Works Certfication
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
